I started my journey...

I started my journey off weighting in at 375 lbs , the Dr said I was a border line diabetic. I had lost 20 lbs before joining Revolution Fitness that is really where I had to get serious. Coach Steph and I put together a plan that worked for me , i started off working out 3 times a week ,now I work out 5 to 6 times a week. As of today I’m down 60 plus pounds, I’m 57 years old it has been one of the toughest things I have done, but the most rewarding. Eveyone is so supportive I highly recommend Coach Steph and Revolution Fitness.
